Refund Policy

At hqr, we are committed to delivering high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services—both online and offline. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Online Consultations & Therapy Sessions
- Cancellation by Client:
- Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the session.
- No refund for missed appointments without prior notice ("no-show").
- Cancellation by hqr:
- Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
b. Offline/In-Person Sessions
- Same policy as online sessions applies.
c. Packages & Subscriptions
- Refunds are available for unused sessions within a package, minus any sessions already used, which will be charged at the regular single-session rate.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or first session (whichever comes later).
- No refunds on discounted promotional packages unless sessions are canceled by hqr.
d. Digital Products (e.g., Exercise Plans, Webinars, Courses)
- Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact our support team at infor@healthqrehab.com with your name, appointment details, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Exceptions
hqr reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Repeated last-minute cancellations.
- Abuse of refund policy.
- Services rendered in good faith and delivered fully.
